ALEXANDRIA, VA - The Petroleum Convenience Alliance for Technology Standards (PCATS) announced today that it has signed a service agreement with W. Capra Laboratories, LLC (Capra) to provide technical assistance in developing conformance testing tools and to use its interoperability laboratory and services for testing PCATS standards. W. Capra Laboratories is a wholly owned subsidiary of W. Capra Consulting LLC.
The Device Integration Committee Open Site Architecture Working Group has completed its work on the draft recommendation 1.3.2 of the PCATS Open Site Architecture Reference Model. In accordance with the Operating Procedures of the Alliance, we are commencing a 60 day comment period for members.
