PRESS Release PCATS Appoints Ann Dozier Director-at-large to its Executive Committee The Petroleum Convenience Alliance for Technology Standards (PCATS) today announced that Ann Dozier, Vice President Coca Cola Customer Business Solutions, has been appointed a director-at-large to the PCATS Executive Committee of its Board of Directors. In announcing the appointment, Scott Hartman, PCATS Chair and President of York, PA based Rutter’s Farm Stores, said, “Ann will be a very valuable addition to the executive committee. We were looking to fill this position with someone with extensive supply chain experience and we couldn’t have found a better choice. Ann has over 15 years experience with eBusiness and supply chain processes and she has over 6 years experience working with the convenience and petroleum marketing industry on technology initiatives including being an Executive on Loan to NACS to assist with creating EDI standards for the industry.” Ms. Dozier was also a founding member of PCATS and served on the interim board of directors during the formative stages of the organization. John Hervey, PCATS executive director, stated, “I’ve had the privilege of working with Ann on a number of initiatives both at NACS and the Uniform Code Council. Her experience in DSD matters will be invaluable to the board and we look forward to working with her in this new capacity.”
