About the Speakers
Elizabeth is Senior Manager, Community Engagement for the PCI Security Standards Council. Her role includes responsibilities ensuring PCI SSC program participants are receiving the highest value within the programs and timely information & education about PCI standards and programs as well as developing strategic community engagement efforts globally. Elizabeth currently chairs the Petrol Task Force and was previously the chair for several Special Interest Groups, the Mobile Working Group and Task Force. She has been with the Council for over a decade with over 25 years’ experience in the payment card industry and information security. Elizabeth holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and is a current PMP, CISSP, CIPP/US, CBSA and PCIP.
As the POS Applications and Products Manager for the CHS Payment Solutions Team, Don brings a unique background of product management, process improvement, and marketing coordination to develop solutions that fit his merchant’s needs. He has over 15 years’ experience working for multiple consulting firms in many diverse industries, where he learned the importance of balancing people, process, and technology to meet business requirements.
Don prides himself on balancing the needs of merchants, all while ensuring payment card compliance and regulatory requirements are being met. His extensive knowledge of technology and security helps him work with his teams to build solution stacks that are robust yet functional for the everyday demands of customers.
